These Terms of Service apply to purchases from The Trendy Cat ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Digital products

Our products are digital Canva templates. No physical item is shipped. After payment you will receive access to your template by email and on your order confirmation page. A free Canva account is required to open and edit the template.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to edit and use the template for yourself or as a gift. You may not resell, share, redistribute or claim the template design as your own, in whole or in part.

Example content

The template includes example text and images as placeholders for inspiration. Rights to the example images are not included; replace them with your own photos.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except where required by applicable law. If you have a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll help.

Third-party platforms

Templates are delivered through Canva, a third-party service. We are not responsible for changes to, or availability of, Canva or its features, fonts or elements.
