How will I receive my template?

Instantly! Right after checkout you'll get access on your order confirmation page, plus an email with your personal template link and simple instructions and tips to get started.

What do I need to edit it?

Just a free Canva account and a computer or tablet. Open your link, make your own copy, then drag and drop your photos and write your story.

What can I edit?

Absolutely everything: colors, fonts, page order, text, photos, stickers and details from Canva's elements, and you can delete or add pages. If you're planning to print, keep an eye on even and odd page counts.

I don't know how to sequence the magazine. Will the example text and images still be there?

Yes! The template comes with an example story, flow of events and images so you can follow the cadence for your version, if you choose to do so. Please note the example images are placeholders for inspiration only; rights to the images themselves are not included.

How many photos do I need?

The magazine has 250+ photo spaces, but you don't need to fill them all. Delete pages or photo frames you don't need, or reuse favorite photos throughout.

How do I print?

When you're done, download your magazine as a PDF from the Share menu in the top right corner of Canva. Take it to a local print shop, print at home, or use Canva's printing service to have it shipped to your door. Please note that printing is a completely separate service that may come with its own costs.

Is anything shipped to me?

No! This is a 100% digital product, so there's nothing to wait for and no shipping fees.

Can I get a refund?

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final and we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges, except where required by applicable law. If you have any trouble accessing your purchase or template, please contact us and we'll help!

I can't find my email. What should I do?
